Family's plea as ambulance fall kills woman, 90

The family of a woman who died after a blunder by ambulance staff called today for an urgent safety review.
Grandmother Olive Prince, 90, broke both her legs when she fell out of her wheelchair on her way to a Chase Farm Hospital appointment.
It emerged at her inquest that the driver of the ambulance had fitted her seatbelt incorrectly.
Today her daughter Janine Taylor said: "It was devastating for us to have to witness such a distressing end to her life. This accident wouldn't have happened had she been strapped in correctly. There should be more training."
The inquest jury found that Mrs Prince's injuries led to her death, which was an accident.
