Footballer goes for keepy-uppy record

Footballer Dan Magness was on his way to a world record for keepy uppy today in Covent Garden as he tried to keep a ball in the air for 24 hours. The current record is 19 and a half hours.

The 25-year-old was allowed five-minute breaks every hour. There were more objects staying in the air at the Midland Railway goods shed at King's Cross.

It was being filled with balloons to form an art installation by William Forsythe which people are invited to walk through
