Footballers cleared of raping teenager

13 April 2012

A group of footballers charged with raping a 15-year-old girl walked free from court today cleared of all charges after a judge said their accuser was unreliable.

Ex-Queens Park Rangers player Terrell Forbes and four other men always denied subjecting the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, to a prolonged rape ordeal over a period of almost 24 hours at a flat in south east London.
