Spicing up the hoovering in a raunchy little number

Hoovering in your undies, dusting in your suspenders? When it comes to housework, Londoners love doing it in their smalls - more than any other part of the UK - according to a new survey by Cif.

Sixteen per cent of us admit to spicing up the chores by performing them in our unmentionables - that's double the number of anywhere else in the country.

Most of us also like to tune in and drop out to speed up the dirt-busting. While the girls like dusting that feather to Justin Timberlake and Westlife, it's The Darkness that really gets the guys moving. Though when we say moving, that's for all of five per cent of the chores. Unsurprisingly, it is women who do 95 per cent of the cleaning, but don’t mention cleaning the cooker or ironing — these are the number one hates.
