Footballers' Wives star Gary Lucy accidentally spent £6,000 on Madonna's old rugs at auction.
The actor, who plays striker Kyle Pascoe, thought he was bidding for one of Paul Weller's old guitars.
'It wasn't until they said "sold" that I realised I'd been bidding on the wrong thing,' he said.
The rugs are now in storage as they do not suit his home, he told OK! magazine.
