Gigi to front Lottery

A former nurse-turned-DJ today spoke of her delight at becoming the new face of the National Lottery draw.

Gigi Morley will replace the draw's "man with the white gloves", John Willan, 63, who is retiring after being with the show since its launch in 1994.

The 33-year-old ' s appointment comes as the Lottery undergoes a ? 72 million revamp involving special offers, more smaller prizes, and a new catchphrase: "Don't live a little, live a lotto".

Gigi, who lives in Winchester and currently copresents the Ocean FM breakfast radio show in Hampshire, said: "It's not really sunk in yet. It's the opportunity of a lifetime."
