Husband held after family shot dead

Five people, including a mother and her two young daughters, were shot dead at a home in Dallas in the United States.
Police said they have taken the woman's husband into custody and have recovered a semi-automatic handgun. Neighbours said they heard shots ring out "like a string of fireworks".
Police said other victims were thought to include the woman's father, another woman in her twenties, and a third woman, thought to be the dead woman's sister, was injured. The bodies, including that of an 11-year-old girl, were found in the living room and kitchen of the home.
