I'll run up the flagpole: Workman shows he has a head for heights

A workman had an enviable view of London 400 feet up the flagpole of Victoria Tower on the Palace of Westminster.

He was spotted from the Sky Bar at the top of the Millbank Tower, where his feat drew gasps from an assembled crowd.

The workman was rehanging the Union flag.
