Investor revolt looms at ITV

A SIZEABLE investor revolt is likely at today's ITV annual meeting over its £15m pay-off for former Carlton chairman Michael Green.

Around 20% to 30% of shareholders are expected to oppose the re-election of the three former Carlton directors - John McGrath, Etienne de Villiers and Sir Brian Pitman - who authorised the payment. De Villiers and Pitman were on Carlton's remuneration board.
