Jackson accuser 'in very poor health'

13 April 2012

Michael Jackson's cancer-stricken accuser is in very poor health, according to a former lawyer for the boy's mother.

William Dickerman said the boy lost his spleen, a kidney and an adrenal gland in surgery to remove a large tumour.

Jackson denies charges of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 and of giving the child an "intoxicating agent".
