Free runners 3Run prove that London Bridge and Monument stations are a mere hop, skip and a jump as they try and encourage the public to walk between stations instead of using public transport.

The free runners got together with TfL's Get Ahead of the Games campaign, which coincides with the start of Walk to Work Week, to encourage the UK public to walk where possible during the Olympics.
