mmO2 top brass finds rainbow

MOBILE phones group mmO2's shares have halved to 38p since its hive-off from BT, but top brass is collecting. Chief executive Peter Erskine got £730,814 last year, including a £250,000 bonus, plus 1.72m share options (at an optimistic 87p) and 1.57m shares under award.

Chairman David Varney got £567,600, including a £150,000 demerger bonus, and has 2.2m options. Finance director Peter Finch got £393,600, including a £145,000 demerger bonus, 1.2m options and a 604,000 shares award.
