Neighbours given Dirty great fine

A mother and son who played the Dirty Dancing soundtrack so loudly it made neighbours' walls shake were fined £1,000.
Linda Evans, 40, and 18-year-old Lewis Smith ignored a noise abatement order and were taken to court by Brighton and Hove City Council.
They were also told to pay £1,146 costs.
