Norris set for top job at troubled Jarvis

Tory mayoral candidate Steve Norris is expected to be named the new chairman of embattled rail, hospitals and schools group Jarvis today.

Mr Norris, the senior nonexecutive director, is expected to replace founder Paris Moayedi, 65, if he retires.

It is also under investigation for its stewardship of the tracks in the Potters Bar rail crash.
