Opec considers new output cut

THE Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) may further curb production in December, just weeks after it agreed an output cut.

Indonesia's Oil Minister said on Thursday: 'There is a possibility to cut quota at the next session, but that depends on non-Opec countries and whether they will cut or not.' Opec will review its policy on 4 December.
