Quintain gets Dome site green light

QUINTAIN Estates and Development has been given the green light by the London borough of Greenwich to redevelop 190 acres of its Greenwich Peninsula land, including the Dome site, after winning the approval of Mayor Ken Livingstone and the Government.

Around 10,000 homes will be built on the land, held in its Meridian Delta joint venture with Australia's Lend Lease.
