Secretary in sex claim 'sent porn emails'

A secretary who claimed an ex-paratrooper pestered her for sex and burst into her room during a "bonding" exercise at a hotel had been bombarding him with "flirtatious" emails, an employment tribunal heard today. Denise Swinton-Mitchell, 37, alleges clerk Rob Reeves became enraged when she spurned him and stormed into her Edinburgh hotel room, saying: "I am trained to kill you and I will kill you."

But the central London tribunal heard the pair enjoyed a " flirtatious relationship" at drinks giant Diageo's London offices. Mrs Swinton-Mitchell, a mother of two, allegedly swapped pornographic emails with Mr Reeves and asked him to supply her with cocaine.

Mr Reeves, who was in his twenties, died in a recent accident. Mrs Swinton-Mitchell, from Chigwell, claims unfair dismissal and sex discrimination against Diageo after being sacked for gross misconduct last July. Diageo denies the claims. The tribunal continues.
