Sophie is very well, says Edward

The Earl of Wessex said wife Sophie is "very well" as he arrived at the Royal Opera House. Prince Edward was attending a National Youth Music Theatre performance of The Dreaming, based on A Midsummer Night's Dream.

The Earl had originally planned to attend last night's performance with the Countess, who is recovering from an ectopic pregnancy. The couple attended the Exeter premiere of The Dreaming in August and used a picture of them meeting the cast for their Christmas card.
