Stress is... a UFO kidnap

People who claim to have been abducted by aliens suffer post traumatic stress similar to that of Vietnam War veterans, scientists said yesterday.

Victims who told stories of being kidnapped, molested and experimented on by extra-terrestrials had high heart rates and began sweating heavily, researchers found. Professor Richard McNally, of Harvard University in the US, said the findings 'underscored the power of emotional belief'.

Many 'alien abductees' also shared the same personality traits and sleep disorders, he added.
