Superheroes on the run

13 April 2012

Police are still trying to discover the secret identities of three not-so superheroes who have been on the run for more than a month since attacking a fireman.

Superman, Batman and Spider-Man were caught on CCTV before they became involved in a brawl at a burger van in Canterbury, Kent, in the early hours of Christmas Day.

A spokesman for Kent Police said the fight was thought to have broken out on Station Road East when the van ran out of food.

A 23-year-old fireman - not wearing uniform - was punched by the reveller dressed as Superman during the altercation, and suffered a broken nose.

Anyone who can help trace the suspects is asked to contact police on 01227 762055.
