Tesco under fire over Cullens

WHOLESALERS are trying to block Tesco's £53.7m acquisition of Cullens and Europa stores owner Adminstore, arguing that it is already too powerful.

The Federation of Wholesale Distributors is taking its case to the Competition Appeals Tribunal.
