Undertaker puts £200m tag on float

FUNERAL directors Dignity today announced a float price range of between 230p and 270p per ordinary share, which would give the company a market capitalisation of about £200m.

The shares will be placed with institutions in the UK and Europe. The company, Britain's largest undertaker by revenue, is noted for sending off the infamous Kray twins, Ronnie and Reggie.
