Last week's date

Last week, Alex, 25, a policy advisor from Clapham, chose Justin, 26, a marketing and events manager from Kennington.

Why? He seemed like a nice guy who I'd like to know more about.

Alex says: It was a great success. We were the last people left in the restaurant and the evening ended with a midnight stroll along the river and a goodnight kiss.

Justin's a great guy and it was so interesting to spend an evening with someone from a totally different background - we had so much to talk about. He's from Brisbane originally and I learnt more about Australia than an episode of Neighbours could ever offer.

Justin is a good-looking guy, has plenty of Aussie brawn and charm, and, yes, we swapped numbers. No need for a hat yet, Cilla, but we'll definitely meet up for a drink in the near future.

Justin says: Alex is very pretty and very happy - you know when you see someone and their face is lit up?

She is the opposite to me in many ways, but that didn't appear to be a problem as we seemed to click in a friendly and romantic sense. Alex is attractive, bubbly, easy to get along with, focused and a very good conversationalist. There was definitely some flirting on both sides.

Afterwards we went for a walk along the river. I'd like to spend more time together and I think that was reciprocated.
