Popstar Justin Bieber has revealed his struggles with anxiety in his new documentary Seasons.

The YouTube original is coming out in 10 parts and the first episode premiered today. It's a full circle, as he got his start on YouTube where he posted cover songs and was discovered by Usher and his manager, Scooter Braun.

The first part is 11 minutes and the documentary will be about two hours in total with two episodes per week.

Director Michael D. Ratner told Billboard, "I thought it would be unique to span all the way from the end of Purpose to right now. And by right now, I mean we haven’t even filmed the 10th episode yet. You are going to see right after the album is out, the world’s reception to it in the days that follow the release." Bieber is preparing to release a new album and recently released the single 'Yummy.'

In the trailer, Bieber opens up about the tumultuous last four years of his life. He canceled his world tour in 2017 to "maintain a healthy mind, heart and soul" and married his now-wife, Hailey Baldwin Bieber.

It appears that his wife will be heavily featured in the documentary. The model says, "There's a lot of pressure that I think people don't see" and explains, "He has gone through so much in the last three, four years since his last album came out and he came out on the other side of some really dark times. He still is who he is and that's why people are drawn to him because he has a story to tell."

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun is also featured in the doc and says, "No one has ever grown up in the history of humanity like Justin Bieber. No one has ever been that famous worldwide in an era of social media where every year of your adolescence you were the most Googled person on the planet."

Bieber, 25, also discusses his own experiences growing up in the spotlight as well as his mental health. "Being human is challenging for everybody. We're all struggling to some degree. We all have our individuals pains, and fears and anxieties, worries. My life is changing a lot. Getting married. Getting back to the studio. Talking about getting married and the process and just being creative in this new chapter. Being happy about what I'm doing. Being in a good headspace. A better headspace."

Bieber's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, also opened up about her mental health recently while promoting her new album Rare. She told NPR, "I have days where it is hard for me to get out of bed, or I have major anxiety attacks. All of that still happens." Gomez went on to discuss her relationship with Bieber and said, "It's dangerous to stay in a victim mentality. And I'm not being disrespectful, I do feel I was a victim to certain abuse."

It's unclear if Bieber will touch on his on again/off again relationship with Gomez in the docu-series but it's sure to be eye-opening no matter what.
