Paris Hilton reignited an old feud with her former friend Lindsay Lohan this week, calling the Mean Girls actress “embarrassing” in a talk show game that took a dark turn. While starring on Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen, Hilton was asked to say three nice things about Lohan and didn’t follow the brief.

Cohen said to Hilton, “You have recently said that you never want Lindsay Lohan’s name spoken in the same sentence as yours. Paris, say three nice things about Lindsay Lohan.”

Following a long pause, Hilton eventually continued, “She’s...beyond.”

“That’s a pretty nice thing to say that she’s beyond,” Cohen said.

Hilton then continued, “Lame. And embarrassing.”

One of the best moments of the entire video is the way her fellow guest Erika Jayne’s jaw drops in shock at Hilton’s comments. After her scathing review of Lohan, Hilton smiled and waited patiently for Cohen to ask his next question.

Despite being close friends who were frequently seen together in the early aughts, Hilton and Lohan’s relationship quickly cooled. In 2006, Lohan accused Hilton on camera of hitting her with a drink but later clarified that “she never did that” and was “a nice person” later that day.

After the video footage resurfaced on an Instagram account called @paris2000s, Hilton was seen commenting on it last year “#PathologicalLiar”. The moment was immortalised by Instagram account @commentsbycelebs who captured her comment above.

She later doubled down on her comment to E! News that year, saying that she was, “Just saying a fact. Fact of life.”

Hilton was also seen laughing on camera in 2006 as her friend Brandon Davis described Lohan as a “fire crotch”. Shortly afterward, Lohan made a dig at Hilton’s 2004 sex tape in an interview where she said, “Obviously, she’s very comfortable making videos”.

Last year, Hilton said on Radio Andy SiriusXM, "Back in the day we were friends, but she's just one of those people I don't really trust. I only like to be around positive energy and good people."

It’s clear that the feud goes both ways as Lohan, who once publicly called Hilton a “c**t” on camera, told interviewers that she was “not here to talk about Paris” when asked about their falling out earlier this year. She clarified that she hadn’t “even seen her in years”.

Hilton also addressed an infamous 2006 photo taken of her, Lohan and Britney Spears all crushed into a two-seater car at the end of a night out at West Hollywood club Guy’s. While the pictures made it seem like the trio were best friends, Hilton explained that it was actually a very awkward situation.

She told MTV News, “It was just Brit and I out, and then she just, like, chased us to the car and got in. She wasn’t invited.”

Hilton revealed more details of the night on Radio Andy SiriusXM, saying, “It was literally a two-seater SLR. She just squeezed in and I didn't want to humiliate her in front of all the paparazzi and be like 'Get out of my car,' so I was like 'whatever.'“

“We went back to my house and then Britney and I just went to sleep," she finished. "And then, I don't know, Lindsay probably went to another party.”
