How do you sleep? Like a log? Restlessly? Are you a snorer? A wriggler? A dribbler? A duvet hogger? And how much sleep are you getting? Five hours, or ten? The answers to all of these questions define who you are as much as anything you do in your waking hours.

We spend a lot of time in bed: 33 years on average, according to a recent study, with seven of those spent trying to sleep. Meaning that most of us will spend seven years of our life staring at a ceiling at 4am racked with existential dread. And, as anyone who’s been there will know, a lack of sleep can begin to dominate your life.

Today is World Sleep Day and slumbering – or the lack of it – is firmly on the agenda. So to mark the occasion we want know about your sleeping habits.

Do you prioritise sleep over sex? Can you only nod off after a warm milk? Maybe you're like Theresa May and only need a few hours of shut-eye per night?

However dirty your sleep hygiene we would love to hear from you. Please take our sleep survey (below). It's super quick and you can always have a catnap after!
