Gear up: the sexiest cycling kit in town

A funny thing happens to cyclists when we buy a bike. As well as forming a deep affection for our two-wheeled steed, we start to lust after all the accoutrements to make it (and us, riding it) look more beautiful. There are hundreds of good-looking options of every cycling component out there — from deftly-designed storage solutions to hand-painted bells. As a cyclist who is always looking for a way to embellish function with decoration (I stuck a purple floral pattern on my frame), I’m a sucker for a bit of coloured leather to wrap around my handlebars or some innovative reflectives.
