Following on from its hugely successful (and inaugural) Show Your True Colours campaign in 2018, House of Holland is back with a brand new collection.

After raising almost £10,000 for the Albert Kennedy Trust with its capsule collection of eight suits (all in colours from the rainbow flag), the fashion house is once again supporting the LGBTQ+ charity, this time with a celebration of the transgender community.

Four satin suits will be released, each one in a colour from the Transgender Pride Flag, alongside the brand’s Resort 20 collection. Each suit is a three-piece tuxedo, with flared tailored trousers and a fitted waistcoat.

The series of campaign images, shot by Louie Banks, feature Finn Buchannon and Maxim Magnus, both powerful voices in the LGBTQ+ community.

Started in 1989 by Cath Hall, the Albert Kennedy Trust is a charity set up to help members of the LGBTQ+ community who have been rejected or ejected from their homes, focussing its efforts on the issue of homelessness for LGBTQ+ youths. This year, it’s marking its 30th anniversary, and is celebrating with a series of events, a brand refresh, an exhibition and short film.

25% of all profits from the sales of the new House of Holland range will be donated to the Albert Kennedy Trust.

Henry Holland, a patron of AKT, describes the charity as ‘very close to my heart’, and says of the new collection that ‘with the rights of trans people both here in Europe and in the USA coming under real threat, it was important to me as a designer to create something that showed my support to this community.’

Launching June 10, the campaign accompanying the new range will join together a network of LGBTQ+ influencers and spokespeople (including Munroe Bergdorf and Paris Lees), and will encourage everyone within the House of Holland community and beyond to speak out for what they believe in, and to champion equality, diversity and inclusivity.
