What should I try? Spring vegetables, broad bean mousse and minted goat’s cheese for starters, followed by the Wild Brixham sea bass, fennel and Pernod velouté for the main course. Loin and neck of Herdwick lamb served with Jersey Royal croquettes and Grelot onions is also a popular choice. The pistachio arctic role, marinated peaches and raspberries is a must for dessert so make sure you leave some room. Or chocolate lovers should go for chocolate delice with crème fraîche sorbet.
Top tip: Head Chef John Tremayne has introduced a new six course seasonal tasting menu to showcase his fresh produce garnered from some of the UK's best suppliers. Prices will be £55 per person, or £95 per person to include paired wines.
