There are six restaurants at the Six Senses Laamu and each menu has healthy living at its core.

Ingredients are sourced from local fishermen and farmers which keeps things fresh while supporting local workers.

Determined to provide a flawless experience, the resort even gives guests the option of arranging a meeting with the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director or Head Sommelier to discuss special requests.

Here is our guide to what is on offer with a verdict on the standout dishes...

Leaf

Set above the organic garden and accessed via a rope bridge, Leaf is the resort’s signature restaurant. As well as sitting privately guests can opt to dine at the communal Chili Table which is a great way of meeting new people and sharing your experience.

Standout dish: Thyme Marinated Beef Tenderloin served with Black Trompette Mushroom Souffle, Truffle Charcoal Potato Puree, Sauteed Asparagus and Beef Jus.

Zen

Relaxed and set on the upper deck so boasting superb, far-reaching views, the Japanese restaurant features a live kitchen station, making the dining experience interactive and fun.

Standout dish: Sushi Boat, a sharing boat of sushi and sashimi designed for two.
