Another season, another new shoe designer to lust over This time it's the turn of Central Saint Martins graduate Michael Lewis, who worked alongside Marc Jacobs and Christopher Bailey before setting up his own label. Already a favourite with the industry's key players — Anna Wintour and Carine Roitfeld are both fans, while Donatella has just signed him up to design for Versace — Lewis is the cobbler to watch in 2011.
