Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was seen taking inappropriate footage of a woman on the Tube.
The man was seen using his mobile phone to take an “upskirt” video on the train at Gunnersbury station, according to British Transport Police.
PC Suleman Yazdani of BTP’s sexual offences unit, said: “As the woman walked up the stairs to exit the station she was tapped on the shoulder by another commuter.

“She was informed that a man walking behind her had been seen using his phone to take inappropriate film of her.
"The witness confronted the man but he walked off.
“Unsurprisingly, the woman was extremely upset and reported the incident to station staff immediately.”
Officers have examined CCTV footage of the incident which occurred at around 9am on Friday May 16.

BTP have launched Project Guardian, a long-term a long-term project involving BTP, Transport for London (TfL), the Metropolitan Police and the City of London Police, which aims to reduce sexual assault and unwanted sexual behaviour on public transport in London.
