A teenager has been charged in relation to a series of sex attacks in south London.

The 15-year-old boy is alleged to have carried out assaults in Clapham and Wandsworth over the past two weeks.

He has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of common assault and kidnap with intent to commit a specified sexual offence.

A woman in her 40s was allegedly followed and sexually assaulted by a man in the early hours of Thursday morning on Clapham Common North Side.

Earlier that night, a woman rang the police to say she was being pursued by a man.

Another woman, in her mid-20s, reported being sexually assaulted outside a block of flats in Clapham at around 11pm on Tuesday.

The 15-year-old boy was due to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Friday morning.
