A young man is fighting for life after being stabbed repeatedly in broad daylight near a north-west London court.

Emergency services rushed to the scene of the incident near Willesden Magistrates’ Court, in Brent, shortly before 3.30pm on Tuesday.

The victim, believed to be in his early 20s, was found at the scene with multiple stab wounds.

No arrests have been made, police said.

A Met Police spokeswoman said: “Officers were called to Chapel Close at the junction with Chancery Crescent.

“The victim has been taken to a central London hospital in a critical condition.

“Next of kin have been informed. A crime scene is in place.”
