A man has been charged with murdering a father who was stabbed to death in broad daylight in south London.

Lee Casey, 39, died in hospital after being found suffering a knife wound on Brixton Hill shortly after midday last Thursday.

Levi Paschal, of Brixton, has since been charged with his murder, Scotland Yard confirmed on Monday night.

The 33-year-old has also been charged with attempted wounding with intent and conspiracy to rob in relation to a second victim, whose name has not been released.

Police said 30-year-old Clementine Jones has also been charged with conspiracy to rob in relation to the second victim.

Paschal and Jones, also of Brixton, have been remanded to appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
