Kanye West is reported to be facing another police investigation after allegedly punching an 18-year-old boy for throwing racist abuse at Kim Kardashian.
Kardashian apparently phoned her rapper fiancé when an altercation broke out as the 18-year-old tried to help guide her through a crowd of paparazzi.
Celebrity news website TMZ reported that the dispute happened as Kardashian tried to enter a building in Beverly Hills.
The 18-year-old is then alleged to have started hurling racist language while trying to chase away photographers.
When Kardashian told him to stop, he is alleged to have shouted: "F** you b****. Just trying to help you. Shut up n***** lover. Stupid s***."
The reality TV star and model is then believed to have phoned West to tell him about the incident.
During the call, West is reported to have heard the 18-year-old call him a n****r, allegedly prompting him to turn up to a chiropractor's waiting room and punch him.
Beverly Hills Police Sgt George DeMarois has since told New York Daily News: "Kanye was named as a suspect by the victim as well as witnesses. He had left prior to our arrival, and detectives are currently investigating."
West is already facing charges after allegedly punching a photographer at Los Angeles Airport in September.
