Police have launched an investigation after a man was stabbed in the arm in a knife fight outside Queensway station.

Officers have closed off a parade of shops after being called to reports of a group of males fighting, one armed with a knife, in Bayswater, in London at 3.30pm on Monday.

The group of men fled the scene before police arrived with paramedics.

The force said they arrested one man on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

Another man was traced to a south London hospital where he sought medical treatment for a stab injury to his arm.

His condition is not thought to be life-threatening.

There was a huge police presence on the crime scene.
