Police have issued a photograph of a man who is on the run after failing to attend a probation meeting.

An arrest warrant for Robert Keogh, 36, was issued last month after he breached the strict conditions of his release licence.

Keogh was sentenced to five years in prison at Lewes Crown Court in 2006 for offences including theft and assault.

He is described as a clean-shaven white man, 5ft 10in tall, with a slim build, short mousy brown hair and blue eyes, who speaks with a southern accent.

Keogh, released on licence last month, has connections to Edmonton, in Greater London, and Waltham Abbey, in Essex.

Anyone with information should call Surrey Police, on 101, or the charity Crimestoppers anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
