Four people have been arrested after a violent brawl erupted at a Birmingham bridal shop leaving “blood everywhere."
A 50-year-old man who was arrested is currently in hospital with a broken eye socket, police said.
The other three people, one woman and two men, suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital. They have since been released on bail.
Violence broke out at Seher Boutique in Alum Rock Road around 5.30pm on Sunday.
Officers said some of the people involved in the fracas were armed.
Witnesses told the Birmingham Mail that there was “blood everywhere” inside the shop.
One resident said: “The owners called for help and it was just carnage, people were watching in shock from outside the window.
“There was just blood everywhere inside the shop. That's why they've got a police tent blocking it today.”
A 22-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and has been released on bail.
Two men, aged 46 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and have also been bailed.
Another man, aged 50, was arrested in connection with the incident and remains in hospital.
Officers are examining CCTV, and anyone with footage of the incident has been asked to contact police on 101.
