The force has the worst victim satisfaction rating of any police force in the country and the Met needs to “up its game,” a report says today. The London Assembly findings say that the force has left 115,000 victims of crime dissatisfied with its performance.

The report, Duty of Care: Improving support for Victims of Crime found that in Hackney, Enfield and Tower Hamlets, fewer than 70 per cent of victims were satisfied.
