Police are investigating after a woman brazenly walked off with a window pot that she snatched from outside a house in south-west London.

Scotland Yard has confirmed it is investigating the incident, which happened on Wednesday afternoon in Fulham and was captured on CCTV.

Aaron Shepherd, a friend of the alleged victim, shared the footage on Twitter.
