A man was knocked to the ground and repeatedly punched in a racially-aggravated assault after attending a pro-Palestine protest.

Police on Friday issued a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to following the attack at Stratford Station in east London, which happened on Saturday, November 11.

The victim was walking through the station's subway at roughly 8.20pm after attending a pro-Palestine demonstration, when he was punched by another man.

He fell to the ground, and his attacker continued to punch him until he was pulled off by other members of the public, British Transport Police said.
