Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a young woman by “repeatedly” slapping her on the bottom before exposing himself in the street.
The woman, 20, was walking home from a party in South Tottenham in the early hours of Sunday, November 1, when she was assaulted.
A man approached her at about 5am near Amhurst Park, Stamford Hill, police said.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “He spoke with her and then began to follow her.
“He repeatedly slapped the victim's bottom and at one stage he grabbed her from behind and tightly wrapped his arms around her.
“He continued to follow her and when they reached Manor Road the suspect exposed himself, whilst making sexually indecent gestures.”
Officers have released an image of a man they want to speak to about the incident.
