A "rare and distinctive" Mini which is one of just 300 made has been stolen from Chelsea.

Police said the John Cooper LE classic was taken when its owner left it parked in Royal Hospital Road on Thursday, January 29.

The owner had left the car at around midday, and returned two hours later to find it had disappeared.

The vehicle is made in the rare 'Brooklands Green' colour and is a classic of its type.
