This is the shocking moment a moped gang smashed their way through a shop window in Chelsea before making off with dozens of designer handbags.
Dramatic CCTV footage of the smash-and-grab shows a nine-strong group of thugs arrive outside the Michael Kors shop in Duke of York Square before throwing a brick at its frontage.
The suspects kicked the window to break the rest of the glass before some burst in to swipe the handbags - which often cost hundreds of pounds - while the drivers waited outside on the five mopeds.
After the thieves grab armfuls of the expensive bags, they are seen riding off at speed on Kings Road following the break-in on Monday, February 20.
Six arrests have been made following the incident, and a 23-year-old man was charged with burglary.
The other five were released with no further action, Scotland Yard said.
Detectives are investigating whether the same group were involved in a burglary at House of Fraser in Oxford Street on Thursday, October 26 as suspects used a similar method.
