A manhunt has been launched after a teenage girl was kidnapped and robbed at London’s Waterloo station.

The victim, in her late teens, was a approached by a man in the transport hub at around 2.30pm on Wednesday.

He initially asked for help but proceeded to follow her when she ignored him.

He then grabbed her by the the arm and forced her to board a Jubilee line Tube train to Westminster station, where the victim was able to alert station staff.

As she did, the suspect walked away and exited the station.

Appealing for information, British Transport Police released a CCTV image of a man officers believe may have information that could help with their investigation.
