A third teenager has been charged with the murder of a man believed to have been stabbed to death as he walked home.

Idris Hassan Daud, 19, of Wembley, north London, is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow in connection with the murder of David Headlam, 18.

T-shai Ennis, 18, of Slough, and another 17-year-old boy, of Wembley, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are also charged with his murder.

The pair appeared at Westminster Magistrate’s Court yesterday and were remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at the Old Bailey on Tuesday.

Police were called to Drayton Road, Harlesden, north west London, in the early hours of Sunday and found Mr Headlan with stab wounds.

He died shortly afterwards in a central London hospital.

Police believe Mr Headlam was returning to his home in Harlesden from a friend's house when he was chased by two men wearing hoodies before he was stabbed.

A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as haemorrhaging due to stab wounds to the thigh.
