Two men, 19, arrested on attempted murder charges after shots fired in Tottenham

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after shots were fired in Tottenham, north London.

Police were called to Park Lane, N17, at around 7.14pm on Friday, April 8 following reports that a firearm had been discharged.

Officers responded, however, there were no traces of anyone injured or suspects.

As result of enquiries by detectives from Specialist Crime (Trident), two men have been arrested in connection with the incident, the Metropolitan Police said.

A 19-year-old man was arrested in Islington on Wednesday, 20 April on suspicion of attempted murder.

A second 19-year-old man was arrested in Ilford on Wednesday, 20 April on suspicion of attempted murder.

Both currently remain in police custody.
