Two teenagers were stabbed after a fight broke out on a north London street last night.

The men, both believed to be 18, were attacked in Murray Grove, Hoxton at about 9pm.

They were taken to an east London hospital by paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and treated for stab wounds.

Neither man's injuries were thought to be "life-threatening or life-changing", Scotland Yard said today.

A third man, understood to be the same age, suffered a head injury in the incident.

He was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. Police said his injury was not considered "serious".

Detectives in Hackney investigating the incident are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
