A woman who was stabbed to death at a home in Chelsea has been named 35-year-old Natasha Davies.

Police said a post-mortem into the death of the woman - also known as Natasha Hearn and Natasha Lees - would be held on Tuesday.

Tracy Phillips, 48, of Springfield Grove, Charlton, appeared at West London Magistrates' Court today charged with her murder.

She will appear in custody at the Old Bailey on Wednesday, 5 August.
